Kimsour is a founder and a partner to S.K.Y Notary Public. She has approximately 10 years’ experience in real estate and corporate sector with local and international clients. Her areas of expertise include corporate, commercial, taxation, project finance transaction, loan, real estate, land transaction, construction, co-owned building, family, succession and due diligence. She has worked with SCP Jean Pierre PROHASZKA, Lionel MONJEAUD, Cédric PRETET, Benjamin DUMONTET-Marion PIERSON et Nicolas LEMENEUR, Notaires associés a well known Notary Office in Lyon, France and obtained various knowledge and experience from French notaries.   • Issuing compulsory execution formula and request for compulsory execution to the competent authorities;
